HIIT THE DANCEFLOOR

Hight Intensity Interval Training is a timed class where you exercise for a set time and rest for a set time.  It is usually all the things you hate like press ups and burpees.  Not with this fab class.  Mini dance routines on a timer designed to make you sweat and burn a ton of calories but having fun at the same time.

Dance to music from different decades.  

70's 80's 90's and more.

Dress up if you want to join into the spirit or just have a laugh and giggle and relive younger times.

Back ache? Stiff hips?  We can help with Beginners Yoga with Karen.   Realign your muscles and strengthen your back and stomach muscles.

Metafit is just 30 minutes, of High Intensity Interval Training. 

30 mins is all you will need, we promise.  Add a 15 minute core specific section and you have HiiT.
