Just click on any of the orange buttons on any page, and tell us which class you would like to book in for. You choose the class and the date. If you want any advice please just ask us and we can answer any queries you may have.
What happens at our fitness classes?
On arrival at your first class you will be greeted by a member of the team.
A short one to one discussion with Helena will help you to set your fitness goals and find out about what we can do to help you achieve them. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class so we have time for this induction.
Everyone goes at their own level, so never worry about having to stop if you need to.
What do you need to bring to the class?
Wear comfortable clothing - leggings and t-shirt are perfect.
You will need trainers to provide support for your feet and ankles and we recommend you wear layers so you can adjust as you warm up during the session.
A bottle of water is a must and a hand towel would also be beneficial.
